Most people are familiar with hotel concierges. Concierge services expand that role into the public and corporate sector, helping clients to achieve a better work-life balance.
Why use a concierge service?
A concierge service not only undertakes particular tasks but can help you organise your time and take some of the hassle out of your life. Why spend a day phoning around several plumbers, waiting for them to phone back and waiting for quotations when a concierge service can take care of the details, allowing you to spend your time more effectively?
What else can a concierge service do?
A concierge service can take care of unusual or difficult requests such as finding a white horse and a suit of armor for a marriage proposal or shipping a vehicle abroad. Your Mumcierge has access to a growing worldwide concierge network so if we are unable to deal with any request locally, we can tap into an extensive knowledge base.
What is the minimum time we can hire you for?
We have a minimum of a half hour charge on our services and then we bill every 15 minutes after that so you can hire us for any length of time you require.  We also have pre-packaged rate plans as well. You can combine services so that you are only charged the hourly rate no matter how many services we can do for you in that hour.
